Hi Everyone,

We're using Kerberos authentication and we have recently deployed reports using two separate servers. The SQL reports database is on one server which is SQL server 2008 on a windows 2008 box. The report server is on another box which is also windows 2008. We are able to use Report Builder from the report server. But when trying to use report builder from external computers not in the same domain as the reports server we get the error "cannot retrieve application. Authentication error" and it generates a log file that has the following error report:

Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.
+ Downloading http://justweb1.rdc.noaa.gov/ReportServer/ReportBuilder/ReportBuilder_3_0_0_0.application did not succeed.
+ The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Also, when using Firefox, we receive a blank page. With IE we get the actual report server page but...report builder does not work.

Please help.
