Why is Report Designer not a valid choice? It allows creation and preview of reports.

Ouch! Wow, that was a little ambigious wasn't it. You actually design them in Visual Studio and I thought I was just making up a product name called Report Designer. Looks like BOL refers to Report Designer as a component of VS. I went ahead and deleted all of your answers so you can re-answer it again if you'd like on the homepage and get credit for it. Also changed that answer. Sorry about that!

Not sure what you mean by this? Report Services is a core SQL Server product now and not an advertiser. I was just trying to get everybody's skills somewhat sharpened on the basics of the tool.
