I tried to figure out how to change or set email display name when configure SSRS email setting just like we did in database mail. I checked reporting services configuration file and could not find the way to change it.

How SSRS set the email display name??

I found the answer online. The syntax was to type in the display name followed by the actual email address in between less-than-greater-than symbols. For example:

Display Name <yourname@yourdomain.com> in the Sender Address box when you set the email
