There are two types of SQL Server upgrade
1. In place upgrade
2. Side by side upgrade

Upgrading from SQL 2008 R2 enterprise to SQL 2014 enterprise using in-place upgrade for a clustered environemt. Are there any issues with jumping straight to 2014?
