The instance was restarted and now the database is in recovery mode.The database is in simple mode.I would have assumed that once the insert was done and commited the log would checkpoint itself soon after and there would be no long recovery. can anyone explain where my thinking on this might be wrong?</description><pubDate>Tue, 08 Jan 2013 04:08:10 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>james marriot</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
