We have an application (winforms) that connects to the database in Boston (main location). The folks in London are having latency issues, mostly network related. I am thinking we could just build a sql server over there and give them a copy of the database. However, we need to keep the databases in Sync, (in-realtime if possible) so users from both locations can work on the same data, but just with the server closest to them. What approach should I take?
