Invariably the bulk of the content relates equally as well to the previous version and the one before that and ... In my mind the book should be titled "Beginning T-SQL with practices found first in 2008", or something like that. But, I am not a book seller so I hesitate to tell them how to do it. Nor am I a book writer. Beverly's review did an excellent job of laying out what would be found.
