The behavior I expect to see is that it will spin up multiple threads and on larger files it will create X bcp files per table (where X is the number of BCP threads specified) to speed up the process.The behavior I am seeing, however, is that it uses only one thread and the largest file take a long time to copy out (typically around 30 minutes).  I have verified that I am using native sync type, but I am not sure what else to check to get this working.
