You can download evaluation copies (which only work for a limited amount of time) for free, or you can purchase the Developer edition for next to nothing (last time I checked it was under $50).Good luck!Tim

RE: help needed

I cannot speak for SSAS or SSRS, but here are a couple SSIS resources I have referred folks to that are trying to learn SSIS:SSIS Tutorial: Creating a Simple ETL PackageSQL Share > SSIS tutorial videosThe first is a more comprehensive approach to learning, where it starts you at the absolute beginning. SQL Share is good for learning specific pieces of functionality. SSIS being mostly visual, at least at first, video learning tends to lend itself well.I agree with SQLRNNR as well. Traverse the Integration Services forums here on SSC (there are a few different ones) and work the problems yourself. That helps immensely when learning. If you're stuck on something and you post your own new topic I am confident you will get solid assistance here on SSC as well.

RE: help needed

I think a good source for learning these things is to browse through the forums here and try to learn from the questions and answers being posted. That said, in order to learn best from the forums, you would need to try these solutions and questions yourself. Try creating a bunch of reports. Become familiar with SSRS. The same goes for SSIS.

help needed

hello everyone, I am a DBA for last 12 yrs.
