It's not perhaps the perfect theory but it will fit with the SSAS implementation. Many books ands articles are available:The Microsoft Data Warehouse Toolkit: With SQL Server 2005 and the Microsoft Business Intelligence ToolsetKimball University: The 10 Essential Rules of Dimensional ModelingJudge Your BI Tool through Your DimensionsFact Tables and Dimension Tablesand so on ...

Analysis Services Dimension Design - learning resources

Does anyone have any particular recommendations with regard to the above?I am fairly clued up on basic dimension design but would like to delve deeper and start utilising more of the functionality available in AS. I'm looking for links, articles, books. Anything really. I recently attended a course where the instructor basically poo-poo'd just about every Analysis Services text book available...I'm not looking for something that tells me how to use the wizards. I'm not looking for Books Online (I know where it is!)Am I asking too much?! :crazy:Ta.
