The client is behind ISA Server infrastructure, which, in my opinion, is the only thing that could be causing the problem.   My .NET application fails to find the server (SqlConnection.Open throws a regular "network or instance related" exception). However, Management Studio connects immediately without any problems utilizing exactly the same connection string.    Please advise as to what I could possibly check to solve this.
