import and exporting packages from msdb

  i had created a folder in msdb by using

  dtutil /SourceServer mylocelservername /FCreate SQL;\;Test

  it s working fine then i am trying to import pa package to that folder by using

  dtutil /File C:\Documents and Settings\myaccount\Desktop\Package.dtsx /DestServer mylocelservername /Copy SQL;\Testewpackagename

  but it was not importing help me please
