System Security Plan (examples) ?

    I'm having to draft a System Security Plan for my org for SQL Server instances.

    To repeat [sorry] I'm a new DBA and new to documenting these standard operating procedures and guidelines.

    THis is following a DISA (D.o.D.) sanctioned and certified Security Inspection/Audit which requires such a document.

    Does anyone have one of these docs that they've written, or can point me to an example of one? I could probably wing it based on the inspection findings (what they want documented), but was hoping that someone has gone through this documentation process before so at least I have a template/format to work from.

    I am in the same situation, does anyone have a sample of a System Security Plan they would be willing to share so that i don't have to reinvent the wheel?
