Hi,
I have been reading that if i want to configure a linked server to use windows authentication, then i need to configure delegation.
I have seen that if i want the SQL Server Service account to use a domain account, then i have to create a SPN for this account and give the account (in the AD) the delegation permissions.
What about if the account under witch SQL Server service is running is the LocalSystem? I know that i don't need to create the SPN, but do i need to give any permissions to the machine or to this account so that it can be trusted for delegation?
Thank you.
