Login credentials for Manual Failover(mirroring)

  Hello,

  What is the minimal login credentials for manual failover on sql 2005 mirroring? According to BOL the database owner can initiate manual failover to the mirror server but when I login as a database owner I can't see "Mirroring" page of the Database Properties dialog box.
