Hi there,
I am not liking the multi select drop down list at all, very irritating to users also. For one thing it is required and there is no way to default (Select All). So is it possible to have a Report Parameter field wherein user enters partial value and a google like list comes? Is that at at all possible?

Is this related to SSIS?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
