Dear All,
We have banking application user run the report . During that phase application used specifiec query which take 80-90 min to run the application. during that time i check the locking and blocking it's normal. i run the sysprocesses it's seem 4 processor is used to generate query and SYNC_NETWORK_IO which send packet to client.
During that phase i chage Network packet size 4096 to 32767 but when i run the query that particular query still used 4096 bytes and otehr application used 32767.
pls help me out to more about this details;;;;;

Have you ruled out the network card(s) on the server? This has happened a few times in the past to me and the cards needed to be replaced or were aged

No,... Coz our database server is laying at Phinix US and we are not able to physically check the server but it is stad. server there is no such issue with network card... may be..
