Can anybody help me out from the above issues. we got an alert from our monitoring tool saying that,
'SQL Throughput failed on Batch Req/Sec' . Thereafter I checked at the perfmon and found, the counter was not added, when tried to add the same, I couldn't able to find the counter from those huge list, I mean in which performance object, it is available?
Also please let me know, is it the DBA responsibility to add the counters if they are not available in the added list?
