Excellent article.....covers all aspects of the ETL process and reasons why you chose what you did. EXCEPT for the comment on Reporting Services. Ha! I'm really interested as to why you chose not to utilize RS 2005. I'm in the beginning stages of implementing it in our organization and responsible for creating the "buy-in" on it. Thanks! Emily
