Well, maybe it's not all that easy judging by the number of wrong answers so far: (32% - 125 people out of the first 396 replies - got it wrong).
Too many people appear to think that sp_configure can be used to set database options, or that its "show advanced options" option is called "allow advanced options" and influences what database options ALTER DATABASE SET can set as well as what instance options sp_configure can set, and people who suffer from one or more of those strange beliefs will inevitably find this question hard.
