    Hey Thom. Thanks for your help. It worked perfectly. I actually missed the REPLACE command and that's why was getting issue. Sorry for late response as i was down with fever from past some days.

    Good to hear you got there, and you're feeling better. Hopefully you understand the code in full now. Some functions in SQL aren't quite as simple as a single SELECT statement, so you need to ensure that you understand all the parts, and why they are present.
