I have installed barcode fonts in C:\Windows\font directory on the Server and also on the client.
But when I run the Report with barcode on Web I do not see barcodes.
When I open the report in the report builder then run it in the Report builder it runs and shows the barcode but when I run the report from the web then it does not show the barcode
Or Reporting services are SharePoint

Is sharepoint installed on a separate server to the SQL server as well (I should expect so). You need to ensure that it's installed on your Sharepoint host as well.
Also, considering that you've duplicated this topic, what version of SQL server are you running. You've posted this question in the 2008 and 2016 forums, which are very different.

You could still post your problem on one forum and indicate that you have an issue in two separate versions of SQL Server. This will still keep replies together.
