In all the SQL Pivot examples I've found it shows only how to hard code the Pivot Column headers; typically shown as [1],[2],[3]...
Was curious to know if these may be set dynamically. I've included an attachment of what I'm attempting to accomplish. My main issue will be the header names change; hence why looking for it to be dynamic. Another issue would be the length, or amount of headers, may change.
