If we eliminate cows as a source for green-house gas emissions then next up will be human produced gas emissions... particularly that of west coast vegetarians.

Will Vegetarian Humans One Day 'Emit' More Carbon Dioxide & Methane Than Cows?

I imagine green-house gases will peak on Christmas Day when people serve up those controversial little green vegetables as they do every year. Personally I hate them! Our local chippy does things like deep fried mars bars/snickers in batter. Maybe I will suggest they do sprouts in batter! :w00t:

Maybe what's needs is a carbon offset credit program to reward folks who stick to a low emission diet. The most high output offenders can be forced wear a pluggable catalytic converter. 🙂

All I can say is, stay away from beans!!!! and cabbage and.....!!! Maybe we must make this a no greens Christmas!! Reminds me of my brother who loves in a small town called Otjo in Namibia. In the heart of the cattle breeding zone off Namibia. He reckons the eat beef and mutton and if the feel they need veggies the slaughter a pig. For maize meal (corn meal in USA) the slaughter some chickens!!!! :-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D
