I've not used it personally nor do I know of anyone that has. Since its basic purpose is "Enterprise Level Process Control", I suspect the main issues/problems with it are 1) Price, 2) Training of personnel to use it, 3) Implementation, 4)Security Footprint, and 5) cost of standing up another box because this type of software should have its own hardware, VM or not.
