Spammers are getting better, now even the topics they post look legit.

I liked Eric's response - "get a job you bum".

The problem is that they probably respond back with: "this is my job because I'm making good money!". Like told since the beginning of SPAM: if nobody would click, they wouldn't make money and it would stop very soon...

I would have thought that the click rate from members of this forum would be extremely low.

Maybe Steve can tell us which of our members have decided to follow the link, perhaps with the dream of obtaining a cheap kitchen or younger looking skin, so that we can apply some friendly peer pressure :w00t:

Wait, you mean it was a mistake to go to the kitchen site to request a quote?

I thought it was kind of odd they asked for a credit card #, drivers license #, mothers' maiden name, first pets name, and (once I put in my address) my Social Security number, but I figured it was just for record-keeping purposes...

    Was that not correct?

    :hehe:

Wait. Did you get a different link then I did? When I clicked on the kitchen sink link it took me to a page that told me my cats were trapped in Nigeria and I needed to send them money to get out of the country.

No, I think that was the one for the mega-muscle-nuke-pro stuff, I didn't bother filling anything in there because all 4 of my pets were in the room with me.

We've just had a box of amino-acid bodybuilding stuff turn up from Amazon with no name on it. Could this be the next step in the evolution of the spammers?

Keep quiet, enjoy your unsolicited breakfast and watch those muscles grow. It really works. Thousands of satisfied customers.

    As seen on TV....:-D
