To add to Wendell's comments.

This may be as simple as a user-defined security system which controls

which tabs to display. If that is the case, using the SHIFT key as

Wendell said, should let you examine what happens when the app starts.

It could be an intentional deletion of the Users table rows.

It could be that IT changed domains and NOBODY is a valid user.

Obviously, make a backup of the App first.

If your application is an ".ACCDE" then that will really complicate things.

When you open it up you should be able to find the Startup logic under

the Access Options (upper left); look for Startup form.

Anyway, let us know what you see when you start it up.
