For me personally I think it should be carved into different products.

I.e. Azure SQL DB, Azure SQL DWH, DocumentDB and maybe even an area to talk about Running SQL on VMs in Azure. Each area should have an intro, a setup section, how to connect, migrate data to it, query it and monitoring/troubleshooting section.
