    Please see screenshot of what i have. I dont see a Home tab as you described?

    Because that is the Reporting Services Configuration Manager - it's in the top left part of the screen.

    If you go down four icons on the left side of that page, you will see one called Report Manager URL. That URL is where Report Manager is located.
