I am trying to install SSRS in passive node (SQL Server 2012 Failover cluster), through command prompt

Setup.exe /SkipRules=StandaloneInstall_HasClusteredOrPreparedInstanceCheck /Action=Install

Everything went fine, but when installation process is running, I have received couple of errors and installation got failed.

Here are the errors:

1) The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2203.

2) The installer has encountered an unexpected error. The error code is 2203. Database: C:\Windows\Installer\inprogressinstallinfo.ipi. Cannot open database file. System error -2147287037.

Need to fix this ASAP, please guide me how to fix this.
