Well my thought is that there are many people who are absolutely terrified of interviews, who don't see themselves doing well no matter what they actually know./Me raises hand
I so *hate* interviewing...
So do I. On the other hand, however, after years of working in the IT industry I finally feel confident in my interviewing skills. I just wish it hadn't taken so long for me to get to this point.
