    Cofigured Index maintenance Job in SQL Server.

    alert mail from is getting like below.

    Levercare Customer (Unify) – HHT <e-mail Address>

    How to alter the text before email Address in SQL Jobs "Levercare Customer (Unify) – HHT"

    Are you using a notification on the job itself for this? If you want to customize that, you just need another job step that does sp_send_dbmail and customize the call to sp_send_dbmail.
