I just use Active Threads and check periodically. The 2012 General and 2014 Admin (and Programming General) seem to be targets for spam for some reason. Not sure why. Those get a lot.

I suspect someone has a script that creates a new user, answers an email, and then posts spam since we'll get 20-30 new ones in those forums each day.
