• Auto formatted code can look a bit dry. If you think it's worth spending a little money on genuine hand crafted SQL formatting (with all the little ticks and imperfections intact) but you don't have the time, then you can offload the task to Amazon's Mechanical Turk service. They'll even add comments, fix bugs, or finish off work in progress. There is a web service and .NET api for submitting work units, so you could develop a SSMS add-in as well.
