Hi Steve,Tonight I have a chance to go through the MSDN article you've posted in response to my question. It looks as though I need to first start a Windows Azure Storage Account? Just double-checking.
You could try (I haven't tested it) doing the import through SSMS connected up to Azure. Not sure if it works. Setting up Azure Storage works for sure.
