Hi,

I have followed the steps given in the article to execute sample application on my local after installing required software as mentioned in the article.

But when I try to build it, i am getting below error.

"Error 1 E_CSC_SYSTEM_INTERNAL: Internal error! Could not load file or assembly 'ScopeEngineManaged.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found."

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi Nagaraju,

I have taken a look at this.

Unfortunately I cannot recreate the error on my machine. I am running Windows 10 64-bit with Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition. Everything works as expected on there.

I believe only 64-bit is supported, so that's the first thing to check. If you have this, next check your Visual Studio version. If you are using Visual Studio 2013 there could be a bug in the driver, in which case I would recommend contacting Microsoft via the TechNet message boards for assistance.

I've heard that the Visual Studio 2015 runtime has to be installed, even if you are using VS2013. You can try installing these runtimes to resolve the issue:

Outside of this I can't really offer any other help, sorry. I hope one of the solutions above resolves your issue. If nothing else works, raise an issue on the U-SQL GitHub page:
