Now Wales are after independence from England to 'safeguard' their future...despite the fact that they also voted in favour of Brexit :w00t:

Being part Welsh myself, I thought that Wales always wanted to be free from "those damn Brits". Or am I misunderstanding that situation as American folklore?

I *think* they (not all of them) specifically dislike the English, rather than all Brits. I don't actually know why; cultural hegemony maybe.

You know, now that you mention it, I do believe you might be right and I misspoke when using the word "Brits". English and Brits aren't the same thing, are they?

On another note, reading yet another article about post-Brexit fallout, I see this line "“This is going to be Boris versus ‘stop Boris,’” Travers said"

and read it as “This is going to be Boris versus Rocky & Bullwinkle,” Travers said."
