For those still following this thread, the script was moved to http://www.sqlservercentral.com/scripts/login/138379/[/url] as this particular script/page could not be edited any longer. The admins couldn't figure out why, so I re-submitted with the most recent update, and should hopefully be able to edit this as fixes come up more frequently.
