AS400 unreadable results

    Hi

    I have a linked server to AS400 but the data i'm getting back is unreadable. Some table seem to come back ok but when i connect directly to the raw table i get the following HEX type results.....

    CONO80LIST80CATN80

    0xC1D50xD7C1E70xF9F0F1F5F2F8F24040404040404040

    Anyone know how to get the translation correctly?

    This appears to be data encoded in EBCDIC format. Some type of translation into the ASCII char set would be required. You may not be able to connect to the raw tables in an AS400.
