Hey, now. We should all be united against management that doesn't give us adequate resources in the first place. Otherwise we would have a dev/QA (or both separate, preferably) with specs to match prod, and you would have the horsepower and bandwidth to provide us with regular, scrubbed back-ups of prod so we could code and test against real world data, both in terms of quantity and general look and feel.

Another agreement from me. Us developers do not want it.
Those silly enough to ask for it should have it even less so!!!

I agree as well. Then again, on the other hand, one could make it very painful for them every time they connect to prod. 😀
