Just to update you all that

log_reuse_wait_desc command status is changed to "NOTHING" now

But still receiving error of Transaction full and check with log_reuse_wait_desc command for more info

Please HELP

I also checked any open transactions with DBCC opentran and but there are nothing open at this time
