The link worked for me although it did re-direct me to the Australian equivalent page. Not sure but it looks like you may have been after the Indian page - I could get that to that OK as well.

I suggest you try again. Alternatively, try going to the Pearson Vue web site - I think that they do all of the exams for Microsoft around the world.
