I would recommend to use the registry to store a password though the configuration manager. It's a good practice so that the text is not exposed in a file or environmental variable somewhere.
Instead of a 'sensitive' SSISDB parameter? Why?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
