SQL SERVER 2008 MIGRATION

    Hi,

    I have migration SQL Server 2008 STD Edtition to other server, but I have migrate with the same license.

    How can I migrate from one server to another with the same license?

    Because I need Install SQL in the new server but without interrupting the other server!!

    There is no licensing restriction in SQL Server. Just install with the same key.

    However, if you are audited and have two running with the same key, you are seen as breaking the law. Once the new one is running, be sure you uninstall or decommission the old one.
