    Hello,

    I have a package that uses Script task to refresh excel files in a shared folder.

    The credential I am using to run the package has read write access to the shared folder.

    When I execute the package from BIDS it is running fine. But it is not running from package utility or from SQL job.

    It is neither failing to execute. After starting it just continues to remain in the same step.

    Are you using a UNC path to the shared folder? If not, please try that.

    Also, if you change the path to a folder which is local on the server, does the job run? If yes, that means that this is almost certainly a user-rights issue.

    If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
