I was thinking that DDL triggers can be digitally signed so I have done the wrong choice.

After 10 minutes of search , I found this link :

which is explaing that it is impossible for this reason :

"Due to implementation limitations, DDL Triggers cannot be digitally signed (we have similar limitations with in-line table valued functions). "

If I find a more precise explanation , I will post it on this forum.
