Usually aggregatable = False is used for hanger dimensions. Even if you think operationally it doesn't make sense to sum the tems, from the cube standpoint, this may not make technical sense. I would need more detail to be sure, but as you appear to be discussing a real dimension based on real data, I would leave it at the default setting.
