Rodney, I'm in a similar boat in that I've worked with replication but don't understand the technology very well. Shoot, I've even set it up and fixed it without really understanding what it was I was doing. Instead of really digging in, there's always been someone with more knowledge to "pawn" it off on while I worked on things that interested me more.
