Hi,
My client is asking to keep up to date with latest security patches for the SQL server. The servers are updated with latest service pack.
Can anyone advice me how to get latest security patch and is Microsoft windows update advisable?
what is the best way industries do the security patch update in production servers?

A little internet searching turns up good resources for your question. Here are some places to check.I list Aaron's website because I remembered seeing posts from him that discuss the value or importance of certain patches. He is not the only one who does this, just the one who came to mind.
