I'm working on a way to run jobs on the secondary AG replica if the primary goes down. I have two ideas for doing this. The first part is to set up a job transfer with SSIS. The second part is one of two things,
1. Having an initial step in every job on the primary server that does a check to determine which is the primary and secondary server. If it's the primary, run the job, if not, don't run it. I already have a script to do this.
2. The second option would be to somehow run a script when the AG group switches over to turn on all of the jobs. I just don't know of a way to do this.
